La Bottega del Vino di Moncalvo is pleased to welcome you into its spaces, located within the tower and ancient walkways of the historic fortress, where the walls breathe history.

As you step inside, the unmistakable scent of a wine cellar greets you.

Here, you can taste the wines produced by the members of the Bottega del Vino, made in the Moncalvo area and surrounding villages, accompanied by local delicacies such as cured meats, cheeses, and other specialties from local artisans — including the renowned extra virgin olive oil of Monferrato.

This olive oil is the result of the vision and dedication of several local producers who, after 150 years, revived olive cultivation in the area, yielding a product of exceptional quality.
