PANIFICIO SILANO

On 1st January 1993, we opened our bakery (“Panificio Silano”), inspired by family tradition. We are Michele and Alice and we combine traditional working methods with innovations to bake 40 types of bread shapes and breadsticks, using natural yeast. Our most iconic shape? The Grissia, a handmade loaf with a tender heart and crispy crust, good with salami, cold meats and cheese and inimitable with bagna cauda. Our “hand-rolled” breadsticks are available both packaged and loose. In the cold season we also present them covered in dark chocolate and they are addictive as soon as you taste them!
