Salumificio Tabachetti srl was founded in 1964 under the name “Salumi del Monferrato” as an artisanal producer of cured meats, owned by Pasquale Tabachetti. It is currently managed by his grandson Pierpaolo with his son Matteo and employs around 30 people. Excellent salami typical of the region is produced from curing mainly Piedmontese, but exclusively Italian meats. We offer Barbera wine salami, truffle salami, dry cured salami, salametto of Moncalvo, muletta, and cotechino. Also noteworthy is our production of fresh sausages for grilling or BBQ. Today, we proudly remember the words of grandfather Pasquale: “You will never enjoy salami as good as ours! Salami Tabachetti is the perfect choice for gourmets and tourists alike.
